In order to receive confirmation of your booking, you must accept the terms and conditions (and any subsequent amendments to them) if you wish to proceed.
These Terms & Conditions relate to our tours and activities: Majestic Marrakech Tour; Imperial Cities Tour; Adventure Tour; Additional Services, and anything included in the cost of our tours (accommodation, transport).
GENERAL
Morocco 365 is obliged to:

Keep your personal and financial information secure in line with GDPR regulations. We only pass on your name to third parties for the purpose of booking your accommodation.

Inform you of any changes outside our control to the itineraries or accommodation specified and provide you with suitable replacement transport or accommodation if required

Provide airport transfers for arrival/departure in Marrakech

Get you medical assistance if you fall sick or are injured

Give you a full refund or reschedule your tour if it has to be cancelled due to COVID regulations or following instructions from the Foreign Office

Follow the regulations of both the UK and Morocco
In return, you (the customer) agree to:

Pay all costs upfront at least 7 days prior to your departure date. Failure to do so may mean that your tour could be subject to cancellation.

Inform Morocco 365 and the Morocco Tour Manager of any chronic health conditions, illnesses or accidents during the tour

Inform Morocco 365 immediately if you miss your flight and give details of any rearranged flights into Morocco

Notify the Morocco Tour Manager in the first instance of any complaints. If he is unable to rectify it for you, escalate your dispute to the Moroccan Operations Manager.

Any changes or cancellations should be made within 14 days of receiving your booking confirmation. Changes cannot be made in the 3 weeks leading up to your departure date

Arrange your own inward and outbound flights
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
Unless otherwise indicated, the Site is our proprietary property and all source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics on the Site (collectively, the “Content”) and the trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein (the “Marks”) are owned or controlled by us or licensed to us, and are protected by copyright and trademark laws and various other intellectual property rights and unfair competition laws of the UK, foreign jurisdictions, and international conventions. The Content and the Marks are provided on the Site “AS IS” for your information and personal use only. Except as expressly provided in these Terms and Conditions, no part of the Site and no Content or Marks may be copied, reproduced, aggregated, republished, uploaded, posted, publicly displayed, encoded, translated, transmitted, distributed, sold, licensed, or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose whatsoever, without our express prior written permission.
Provided that you are eligible to use the Site, you are granted a limited license to access and use the Site and to download or print a copy of any portion of the Content to which you have properly gained access solely for your personal, non-commercial use. We reserve all rights not expressly granted to you in and to the Site, the Content and the Marks.

Morocco 365 has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party web sites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that Morocco 365 shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content or services available on or through any such web sites or services.
CORRECTIONS
There may be information on the Site that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions that may relate to the Site, including descriptions, pricing, availability, and various other information. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to change or update the information on the Site at any time, without prior notice.

THE SITE IS PROVIDED ON AN AS-IS AND AS-AVAILABLE BASIS. YOU AGREE THAT YOUR USE OF THE SITE AND OUR SERVICES WILL BE AT YOUR SOLE RISK.
